Picked up a bottle of Heavy Seas Provsit! (limited run beer that I believe stops right about now) while at Whole Foods snagging a bottle of Stone Vertical Epic 10.
I've put it in the fridge, as I decided to do with the Stone Smoked Porter once purchased. It acts as a constant reminder that I need to stick with this exercise thing. Reward motivation works for grown ups just like it does for kids and pets.
